Souvereign Sharing works as a gift economy. The Wisdom Treasures are given, a gratitude offering is open to you, and some treasures carry a price. This page says how things are put right when something goes astray, whichever of those brought you here.

What happens when a treasure goes astray?

Every Wisdom Treasure arrives as a download. Its link sits in your Receiving email and again in Your Treasures Overview, where it stays available to you. Where a link stalls, or the email settles into a spam folder, write to treasures@souvereignsharing.net with the treasure reference from that email and the treasure comes straight back to you.

A gratitude offering, returned

A gratitude offering is given freely and it returns just as freely. Write within 30 days and the full amount goes back, with the reason staying yours to keep. An offering made by accident, or in a moment you later feel differently about, travels back the same way.

Where a treasure carries a price

Some treasures carry a price. Each one is a download, so it stays with you and the amount alone travels back. Where a priced treasure sits wrong with you, write within 30 days and it is returned in full. Refunds go back along the route they arrived by, usually landing within five to ten working days of being approved.
