Three Schools, the Original Blueprint
You may have studied yourself for years by now, read the books and sat in the circles, and still the same reaction arrives on the same afternoon with the same person, and the body answers before you have had a say in it. Somewhere under all that study a question keeps its seat: what is actually running me, and how would I ever know whether what I believe about myself is true?
For me the answer arrived through the soil. Ten years of walking Sophia’s work, with my hands in Syntropic agroforests from the Tablelands to Vanuatu to Bali, taught me that everything can be answered and measured to Syntropy, and that an idea about ourselves earns its place the moment a living pattern stands under it. In the weekly sessions where this work got tested we kept one rule: if we couldn’t find the answer in nature, we knew that it was a fantasy that had no basis in reality. Out of that testing came three Schools, the School of Syntropy, the School of Sovereignty and the School of Self Love, and I tested everything in this little triangle and kept bouncing from arc to arc, and I never had to go outside of that space because the answers were leaning in on themselves. That is why I call it the original blueprint. It was there before any of us got hurt, and it is still there, which is also why the five primary imprints wait further along this walk, since every one of them loosens as these three turn through it again.
Sophia shared with me early on how each School carries the next.
So the Trinity, dear Souvereign, remembering Nature, Human Nature, Life and how it functions through Syntropy. By remembering Human Nature you remember the School of Sovereignty, that freedom and peace, and liberty are the normality experience of a human being on earth, and returning to that state is an amazing journey and feat in itself but also only natural as it is what we all come here to be ultimately and originally. Self-Love and the school thereof is what allows Sovereignty to become a real reembodied experience, as no one can return to freedom and peace without love for Self and deep love for all the shadow aspects of self (all the traumatised parts and dismembered aspects within the psychological landscape called the mind).
Self Love needs Will though, which is held in the School of Sovereignty. Self Love and the luster of it is only watery and wavy by itself. For reenabling of one’s Nature, Love is not enough. You have to Will it. The trauma induced onto humanity is way to severe for “just Love” to come and wash away the pain, you have to be willing to go to the pain, open the pain, crack the wall and will access to the memories in order to truly be able to let love flow through that space within your being again. And sovereignty requires Syntropic Thinking as to remember how life functions is to remember your nature, which allows you to see how you are not living that by lingering in the past or safe guarding your future.
Sophia
Her teaching on essence is simple to hold. Syntropy shows how Life functions, Sovereignty brings the Will to meet it, and Self Love carries that Will home into the body. These three Schools are always bouncing back and forth between each other, because if you study nature you can study human nature, which is sovereignty, but you can’t get there without self-love. Whichever door you enter by, the other two are already turning.
Love is the way home.
Will is the way there.
And home is your Nature,
and all of Nature is based on Syntropy.
School of Syntropy, the missing link to your nature
The School of Syntropy is the foundation, because it is the study of what life is doing in a forest that nobody fertilises and nobody manages, where abundance grows of itself, and that study turns out to be the study of us. This is the study of what is observable, experience-based knowledge derived from direct experience, and the beautiful thing about it is that in my experience the cells of the people who hear this are not arguing with it. The word Syntropy has its own page for anyone meeting it for the first time.
Here you question the function of everything you observe, out in the forest and inside your own body, because everything alive is performing a function with purpose, the grasshoppers as much as the grass that leaves the system once the trees close over it, and every reaction you feel. A pest or a disease arrives in a system to show that something is lacking, and its origin lives in the soil, well below the leaves that show it, which is exactly how I read a reaction in a human being: the symptom shows in the canopy, and the cause lives in the subsoil of the formative years. My early teaching of Syntropy in human ecology stands as I first wrote it, and it still reads the same way. Nature doesn’t make it difficult.
School of Sovereignty, freeing your Will again
The School of Sovereignty holds the restoration and reclaiming of the Will and of Freedom, and here the nature test matters most, because self-sovereignty can only be discovered whether it is true if it’s measured to nature, if it’s measured to the natural order. Measured that way, sovereignty shows itself as what we were born as, and in my own words: there’s no sovereignty out there, there’s no I that can accomplish sovereignty. Remembering your human nature, you remember that freedom, peace and liberty are the natural experience of a human being on earth.
What got smashed in many of the people I sit with, and in me, is the faculty of the will as a compass for our navigation, that very gentle, soft, self-loving, totally fearless willing which is willing or not willing, yay or nay, and the way to bring your will back is to be willing to bring your will back. So funny, right? In this School feeling-based navigation comes back online and the Will takes its seat as the prime navigator of your cells again, which I first wrote about in re-membering sovereignty, better known as freedom, and in my own words, from tracing freedom back to its roots, the self-sovereign will that is me, inherently, innately, is already free. The Awakening Sovereignty workshop walks all of this in practice, freely given.
School of Self Love, the hardest when hurt is held
The School of Self Love returns you to the feminine space of nurture, feeling your feelings, allowing them, witnessing them, observing the judgements while staying open and curious, and in my experience it is the School I arrived at last myself, and the one many reach last, because it asks us to go to the very parts we shamed first. The parts of self that I in the beginning shamed most kept me safe the longest in the world of men, and the true path to real self-liberation turned out to be self-love on a level that is so intricate and is so delicate and is so refined.
Self Love is what lets Sovereignty become a re-embodied experience, since the Will gives the order and the cells carry it out wherever love is already present, and love is the only answer to healing any transgenerational imprinting. It reaches every part of you, the traumatised parts and the dismembered aspects included, and it is how each of them gets walked home.
Do you feel willing to feel what is there? Do you feel willing to let the part speak before anything gets fixed? Do you feel willing to love what you were taught to hide?
Transforming the Triangle of Trauma
Wherever the three spirals got pulled tight, a triangle formed: the victim, the perpetrator and the hero that failed. In my own words, the old patterns of pleasing, obligation and judgement “all of them simply exist when we are still tapped into the Triangle of Trauma and have not yet returned to the Trinity of Syntropy.”
In my work every one of those knots traces back to one of the five primary imprints, the places where a young life first got caught, and each one loosens as Syntropy, Will and Self Love turn through it again. That turning is the walk I take with people one to one, so that the reaction can finish what it came to do, so that the part can come home, and so that human nature, our sovereignty and our self-love keep looping back in on each other the way they were always designed to. When you feel willing, I walk beside you on that way.
