How self-equipped are we in navigating the healing of our past traumatic stories?
Syntropy teaches us that our human nature indicates that we are social creatures and through being witnessed in our journey and received in our expressing we feel seen and heard.
How do we even know that we still store unresolved trauma in our cells if we disassociated from the actual event?
Syntropy teaches us that our cells emotionally react through the process of neuro-chemical associative memory using the external world of our experience to connect the ‘archetypal’ narrative to an imprinted and emotionally stored ‘story’ within, that we then (most of the time) overlay or project onto the outer experience aka ‘other’.
This happens through our feeling-based nature as Emotional Re-actions that re- act (act again) the emotional currency that is still stored as unresolved emotional imprinting.
Syntropy teaches us that humans are wired for wholeness and that with everything performing a function with purpose our cells are emotionally reacting with purpose too.
What syntropy teaches us is how to question the function by being willing and curious, willing and curious, willing and curious to come into awareness of what our cells are really communicating.
Syntropy teaches us that our intense emotional reactions, our dreams, and all our recurring pre-occupation in the thoughts are all related to dissociated aspects of self. These are the smaller versions of ourselves that got left behind.
As the awareness of Self we can observe our emotional landscape or judgments onto others and when we are willing to come into awareness we can discover what still wants to be brought into wholeness.
When we experience thoughts or feelings occurring for us it is really our cells that recognize and match what we are witnessing in the outer world with a memory. Within an instant, they cause the emotional projection of an old story onto our current experience of reality. Much like the application of a “filter” through which we now feel emotional currency towards what is happening outside of our cells. The lens of Syntropy teaches us this is in most cases of judgment or un-nice feeling feelings; this is a trauma lens.
It is important to note that doing the inner landscape navigation process of retrieving the original messaging aspect of self which is using the cells to emote the reaction throughout our bodies and mind that we do this in a safe place and with another human being that is open to receiving and (most optimally) also comprehends feeling based relating as a process of self inquiry with the cells.
If you ever emotionally react with or toward someone that you know has no comprehension around receiving or it simply would not be safe or effective to sound out what feels to be occurring for you then always follow your cells in distancing yourself from this person and seek out someone who is available for you to self explore the “why am I reacting so strongly to this person”.
It is therefore important to know that the cells most often emotionally react strongly in order to keep you safe from “something happening again”. They are always in all ways performing their functions in service to the wholeness of self. Such is the Syntropy of our spirited humanity expressed through cells and emotional landscape.
