The Journey runs eight weeks, one to one, in a two month or a three month shape, with the whole of it settled in conversation beforehand, since the pace belongs to your body. This offering carries that first session and comes off the total we agree.
The core practice is the Self Memory Retrieval Technique, and the ground of it is navigating the internal landscape together: dropping into the heart space with awareness present, meeting what is stored there, and letting your own system show the way through.
