Begin a Journey
Felt-level work, at the pace your body sets
Something has been asking for your attention, and by the time you find your way to a page like this one it has usually been asking for a while, quietly, the way a feeling does before it becomes a story. For me the Syntropic Embodiment Journey begins well before the first session, in the moment somebody sits down and writes a few honest lines about where they are at, because that willingness is already the work moving, and it is what I listen for when I read.
Writing from where you are at
I want you to write the way you would speak to somebody who has already seen that something is going on for you, in whatever words come, because nobody can ever argue with how you feel, that feeling is unique to your experience, and a few honest lines are plenty. What is going on for you right now? What has been asking for your attention, and for how long has it been asking? What have you already walked with, whether that is therapy, bodywork, plant medicine or your own practice? What timezone are you in, and when do you feel willing to begin?

Once your words reach me
Your words come to me and to nobody else, I read them myself, and I reply in my own time, slowly enough that what you wrote has landed in me before I answer. From there we talk, by email or on a call, and we find out together whether this work meets what you are carrying, with the contribution settled between us in that conversation once we both know what we are stepping into. When the shape is clear, A Journey Begins holds your first session and comes off the total we agree.
Nature is super forgiving and nature is actually super willing, which is what the land taught me first, and I see the same in sessions, where the body sets the pace and the pace stays yours from the first word onward.
