Rites of Will Awakening — Reclaiming Self Sovereignty — Experiencing Fearless Freedom

Some people experience vivid, unexplained emotional material surfacing through dreams and self-emergent visions. In my own experience and study, I’ve come to see this as connected to unresolved imprinting from birth, particularly around the navel and the early establishment of a sense of self and agency.

Many people carry unresolved emotional and cellular material around this early period of life that, left unaddressed, can intensify over time. It’s common to develop coping mechanisms to avoid dealing with pain that’s been treated as “just normal,” when it may not need to be carried indefinitely.

Human nature, in my view, is wired to follow something like an original blueprint, a natural order with its own sense of purpose. Just as other living things have a role to play, each human carries a unique expression and gift within the larger human family.

We’re naturally wired to perform life-supporting functions for others while being supported by others in turn, think of procreation, birthing, and raising new life, and the lifelong roles that come with being a parent. These are part of how humans organize as a larger whole, each of us following our own timing and expression within it.

Whatever inhibits that natural flow within a person tends to surface, over time, asking to be freed. Most of us have lost touch with how to release stuck, unresolved emotion, and birth-related trauma is among the hardest to locate and resolve, in part because it’s pre-verbal and often unacknowledged.

Standard Western birth practices, however well-intentioned, can be more disruptive to a newborn’s nervous system than we’ve been taught to recognize. Practices like immediate cord-cutting are, in my view and in the view of Lotus Birth advocates more broadly, worth reconsidering; even without full conscious memory of it, that early experience can leave an imprint that shapes how safe and grounded a person feels in their own body later in life.

The School of Syntropy’s work looks at reintegrating and restoring the emotional and somatic patterns a person carries from this early period, until the unresolved imprints are addressed.

This is what I call Will Awakening, reclaiming a sense of sovereignty that, in my experience, is naturally ours from within.

I’ve walked this path myself, and much like Womb Awakening, I see it as foundational work for feeling grounded and self-sovereign again.

There are practices and processes I’ve found useful in reclaiming a sense of sovereignty within one’s own body, ways of letting that sense of agency be felt and known again.

This naturally activates the Will, which in a feeling-based way of relating is driven by what we actually feel. Clarity of direction is tied to the free flow of that Will, our own sense of internal truth.
