What changes when a father knows his part
This is what my first child really taught me. Like many first-time fathers, I knew very little about pregnancy, birth, or my own role in it. Being unaware of my part left me under-prepared emotionally too, and that affected more than just me.
Conscious preparation isn’t only for the mother-to-be, even though it can feel that way. The resources below are here for the partner who wants to understand his part and step into it.
